The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for heavy traffic on State Route 79 just north of Florence for Country Thunder from Wednesday, April 6, to Monday, April 11.
Drivers should expect delays and may want to consider alternate routes while this special event is underway.Concert attendees should use extra caution near the SR 79 Gila River Bridge where crews are currently working on a project to replace the bridge.
